Mr. Toots Shor was a restaurateur and owner of the legendary Old New York restaurant “Toots Shor’s Restaurant”. Mr. Shor kept close friends such as Frank Sinatra, Joe DiMaggio, Marilyn Monroe and just about every important celebrity from the 1940’s-1950’s. Mr. Sintara even mentions Toot Shor’s Restaurant in his duet with Sammy Davis Jr., “My Shadow and Me”. Check out some of the great paraphanelia and images below.

Al Hirschfeld was an American cartoonist known for his amazing caricature portraits of celebrities. Hirschfeld also liked to hide the name of his daughter “Nina” in his cartoons. Below are a small selection of some of my favorites.
