Agent has been spotted in Amsterdam NL.  Please reallocate all efforts to Operation 6543.  Agent was photographed driving a 1969 Citroën DS.  An investigation is being conducted via satellite to locate the automobile.  All Operatives are to remain on high alert until the Agent has been apprehended.
