What are those things all around the building? Are they suppose to represent automobiles?

I think they are supposed to be cars. It’s pretty cool. I love the arched supports under the model; it totally gives it that 1960’s feeling.
Love it! Reminds me a bit of some Carlos Diniz architectural renderings I saw earlier this year. I’m gonna twitter this out!
