Max Fleischer & Ub Iwerks – Great Early Cartoons

I love old cartoons from the 1930’s. I really enjoy the cartoons by Max Fleischer and Ub Iwerks.

Ub Iwerks is an american cartoonist who was famous for his work at Walt Disney and  for work produced out of the Ub Iwerks Studio including early classics like “Flip the Frog”.

Max Fleischer created cartoon classics such as “Betty Boop” and “Popeye the Sailor”.

I used to watch these cartoons on Saturday morning when I was little. Two of my favorites are “Small Fry” by Max Fleischer and “Balloon Land” by Ub Iwerks. Check them both out below:
