All of these plaques, with the exception of the Apollo 13 plaque, were left on the moon by Apollo mission astronauts. They are awesome. These images are from NASA’s official website.

This is a rare example of a childrens tin globe by Replogle Globes circa 1952.   Replogle began manufacturing these  in the 1950’s in an effort to compete with other childrens tin globe manufactures such as J.Chien and Ohio Art.   The manufacturing of these toys ceased soon after.  Replogle still manufactures globes in Chicago today.

This great 1950’s baseball glove was made by Hutch and is the Al Rosen model.  Al Rosen aka “The Hebrew Hammer” was a slugger for the Cleveland Indians in the 1950’s – 1960’s.

This great gag toy is the original “Yakity-Yak Teeth” from the 1940’s.  The teeth are mechanized and are wound up  on the bottom.  The teeth chatter and roll around.  The original box is awesome!

This 1950’s Royal Crown Cooler is really cool. I love the colors and the fonts especially. It even has a built in bottle opener on the side.
